I’m a co-owner of this virtual clinic and a family physician with a special interest in supporting women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. In my role, I provide comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans to help women navigate these important life stages with confidence and clarity.
My approach to medicine is patient-centred and education-focused. I love taking the time to teach and empower my patients, helping them understand their options so they can make informed decisions about their health. My passion for menopause care grew naturally—first from seeing close friends experiencing perimenopause, and later from meeting patients in my practice who were deeply affected by their symptoms. I was determined to expand my knowledge and provide the kind of compassionate, informed care they deserved. To that end, in 2024, I became certified as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, to deepen my expertise in menopause care.
This passion is grounded in years of medical training and a continued commitment to learning. I completed my Family Medicine residency training in the United Kingdom and hold a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of London. I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology from Queen Mary’s University of London.
Outside of medicine, I hold several unpaid but essential positions: head chef, chief executive of laundry operations, weekend sports chauffeur, and co-CEO of household logistics alongside my better half. I love spending time with family and friends, and I value the simple joys of connection, laughter, and a good meal shared in good company.
