We require 4 business days to cancel your appointment.
Because of the triage process involved, the complexity of the patients we see, and the time set aside for each visit, late cancellations can be difficult to reallocate. Your advanced notice helps us offer that time to another patient waiting for care.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We kindly ask that you be considerate of others who are waiting for appointments.
Consistently missed or short-notice cancellations may impact your ability to book future visits.
To discourage no-shows, we will charge a fee of $150 if you don’t show up for your appointment. This will have to be paid before another appointment can be rebooked.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If something urgent prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can support you appropriately.
