We’re two Alberta-based female physicians, who, professionally and personally, understand the transitions that come with midlife. Like many of our patients, we’ve lived through the questions, changes, and challenges that can come with changing hormones — and we know how often women are left to navigate it alone.
When we trained in medical school, menopause wasn’t given much attention but as we began to care for more women experiencing perimenopause and menopause in our practices, we saw firsthand how under-recognized and under-treated this stage of life can be. That’s what motivated us to deepen our knowledge and become certified practitioners through The Menopause Society.
Our virtual clinic was born from a shared passion: to make evidence-based, compassionate menopause care more accessible to women across Alberta. As we prepared for our Menopause Society certification, we quickly realized that quality menopause care couldn’t exist in isolation—it had to be part of a broader, more integrated approach to women’s health.
Hormonal changes affect far more than hot flashes and periods—they impact mental health, heart health, bone strength, metabolism, and overall quality of life. That’s why our clinic also supports a wide range of women’s health concerns, all through a virtual platform designed to be accessible, respectful, and personalized.
We take the time to listen, dispel myths, validate your experience, and work with you to create a care plan that makes sense for your life—wherever you are in your journey.
You’re not imagining it. You’re not alone. And you deserve care that takes your symptoms — and your goals — seriously.
